Why prepare a factory bag?
The requirement for the preparation of a plant file appears in the Business Licensing Regulations (Dangerous Plants) 1993.
In section 4. (a), the regulation states, "The owner of a dangerous factory shall prepare and maintain a factory file for the handling of incidents and incidents that may occur during the operation of his factory and which may pose a danger to humans and the environment (hereinafter - factory file)".
Who is defined as a dangerous enterprise?
A hazardous plant is a plant that holds hazardous substances in quantities that exceed the quantities specified in the Hazardous Materials Law and its regulations.
Contents of the factory file:
- Factory plan and description.
- Incidents that may occur.
- Protective measures against manufacturing defects.
- Safety measures in the factory area including additional measures.
- Fault preparation program.
- Emergency Procedure.
